The Org Celebrates the Promotion of Derek Hanley to Director of Business Development

If you dont have a Derek on your team, get one! But you cant have ours. We are so excited to announce that Derek is elevated to Director of Business Development.

Derek was the second member of the Revenue / Scout team, and he played an instrumental part in the design, go-to-market and continued development of Scout. In the early stages of development he utilized his knowledge of the recruitment space to structure the service and since then Derek has functioned as the swiss-army knife of the Scout team, having helped with sales, delivery and operations of Scout. Derek’s promotion is not just an acknowledgement of his previous contributions, but also of the fact that he will now play a leading role in identifying and bringing to market The Org’s next commercial product.
