Me encanta el arroz en todas sus versiones, y ésta es sin duda una de mis favoritas. Aquí os dejo la receta de este delicioso risotto. Aunque las fotos son pésimas, el sabor y el aroma que desprende son increíbles.
1 diente de ajo, 1 cebolla, 150 g de arroz, 1 vaso de vino blanco, 1 litro de caldo, de setas preferiblemente, 20 g de queso parmesano rallado, 50 g de pasta de trufas y setas, 200 g setas variadas, mantequilla, aceite, sal, pimienta y perejil fresco.
